I discovered its true potential (for our local species) which is using it in the mudflats to chase Silver Trevally (Pseudocaranx dentex) (Shima-aji) using light games techniques.

–  先日干潟でのライトゲームテクニックでシルバートレバリー（シマアジ）を狙う楽しさとメソッドの可能性を発見しました –

 

Usually, this fish is hard to catch amongst local fishermen, because they don’t know how to target them (and mostly using Snapper (Tai) techniques don’t work very well), so I dedicated most part of this year to come up with certain patterns that will trigger this fish to bite and no other swimming around them.

–  通常、地元のアングラーはこの魚を狙う方法をあまり知らないため、この魚を釣るのは困難です（ほとんどの場合は真鯛をねらう際のテクニックを使用しますが、あまり良い結果が出ないのが通例です）。そこで私は今シーズン、釣りにいくほとんどの時間をこのターゲットを攻略する方法を見つけることに費やしています。そして色々と試す中で、このターゲットにバイトさせるきっかけとなる特定のパターンがあることに気が付きました –

 

To my surprise I have learnt and have developed a little technique which my YB 85TZ has been crucial (and extremely fun).

–  自分でも驚いたことに、BlueCurrent 85TZ NANO All Rangeを使用する事で非常に重要ながら (そして非常に楽しい) 、ちょっとしたコツを加えたテクニックを導き出すことができました –

 

Essentially, I i use a small ‘bass’ or ‘rockfish’ rig (free sinker (12gr) + worm hook) with a curly tail softbait and use it with Eging jerk motion (making the bait jump fast up in the water column). 

–  基本的に、私は小さな「ブラックバス」または「ロックフィッシュ」用のリグ（フリーシンカー（12g）+ワーム）とカーリーテールのソフトベイトを使用し、エギングのジャークモーション（ルアーを水中で素早く跳ねさせるイメージ）で使用します –

 

Given this fish eats krill and shrimps it works much better than imitating a dying fin fish. They also feed in the mid portion of the water column – like aji!

–  このシルバートレバリーがオキアミやエビを食べることを考えると、弱ったベイトフィッシュを模倣するよりもはるかに効果的だと感じました。シルバートレバリーもアジのように中層でも捕食します  –

 

The problem is, that the past couple of weeks, I’ve realised that the fish i am now hooking are getting bigger
I would like to share some pictures of the size of fish I am catching with it, as you can see they are both over the 50cm mark and in terms of weight these both fish are in the 1.9kg to 2.3kg mark.

–  問題(嬉しいことなんですが・・・)はここ数週間、掛かるシルバートレバリーのサイズが大きくなっていることに気づいたことです。ご覧のとおり、どちらも50cmオーバー、重さも1.9kgから2.3kgほど  –

Although, BlueCurrent 85 TZ NANO All Range works on this fish, but if the target is getting bigger than these（I hope so…）, I might think about getting more powerful one in future!

–  このターゲットにはBlueCurrent 85 TZ NANO All Rangeで十分に対応できますが、ターゲットがこれよりも大きくなってくるようなら(そう期待していますが・・・)、将来的にはもう少し強いロッドの入手も検討するかもしれません  –
