Designing blank, roll carbon prepreg up, paint it, assemble it and ship it……
Craftsman do all these processes at our own factory in Kumamoto Japan.
Of course fishing rod is one of manufactured products but most important thing is sense of hands and experiences as craftsman.
There is the circumstances that designer and craftsman talk each other all the time to make better product.
Test proto rod and try to improve it repeatedly in a short period of time.
This is why we keep producing fishing rod at own factory in Japan.
Try to make it tougher, lighter and easier to fish…
